All current positions are commission based, paid based on end of month sales. We are transparent about pay and will be discussed prior to any work being commissioned.
Payout is split between EldrTroll Studios, Any artist who worked on the product (visual, audio, or otherwise), Programmers, and Marketing. At this time community support is a volunteer basis and is not on the pay-split.
